Highly recommend Health Mate Saunas. This is my second Health Mate Sauna. I had my first for 13 years before upgrading to a newer unit. Health Mate Saunas are excellent quality and well built. Knowledgable staff made ordering and shipping simple and easy. Love my sauna. I usually take sauna a couple times a week. I feel like it helps sore muscles, stress and helps my immune system.
I have an Enrich III Sauna and can’t tell you how amazing it is. I have set up the Sauna in my garage and use it as a little escape, almost like a mini spa for my home. I feel so good after using it. It takes away the tension in my neck where I carry most of my stress. I’d highly recommend the Enrich series to my friends and family. Never knew you could have something like this right in your home!

I bought a very lightly used sauna from a neighbor who inherited it. I really knew nothing about saunas. I was able to assemble it, and with a bit of troubleshooting make all the features function. I filled out the on-line technical service form. Leo, the HealthMate technical service specialist, called me, helped me diagnose the need for a new power cable, sent me several educational videos, and even pre-filled the order form for the cable.
